This experience has been very disappointing! I advise against ordering from here. If something seems too good to be true, it usually is, and this company fits that description. They offer clothing at very low prices, don’t deliver, and ignore refund requests. I am currently pursuing legal action to recover nearly £100. Honestly, don't trust the overly positive reviews.
I ordered my first batch of holiday gifts, pajamas, mystery boxes, and other items. I saw a lot of negative reviews, which made me anxious. However, I was kept updated on tracking, dispatch dates, and communication was frequent. The mystery boxes were fantastic for £10, and I even received a free one. I also got some of my holiday pajama orders, and I'm just waiting for a few more items to be dispatched soon. Don’t let negativity sway you, as it’s not always accurate. I could have demanded refunds like many others, but I chose not to, and they have consistently kept me informed.
I’m not a friend nor family. This is an honest review. I’ve not had a problem!!!? I’ve ordered tonnes of stuff. And things that didn’t fit I’ve sent back and got my FULL refund!!? Everything we’ve had my kids have been over the moon with and me! I will continue to order as I’ve not had a problem whatsoever! Maybe people being polite and their ridiculous threats you might get somewhere. Disgusting trying to tear a small business apart!!
I ordered PJs from here earlier this year. I first ordered birthday PJs and Halloween ones. I received both orders on time as displayed on their website. I also ordered a bunch of Xmas PJs but unfortunately they were unable to fulfil them which is disappointing however I received a refund for all of the orders that did not get fulfilled. I’m shocked at so many reviews below as the company have been very helpful in replying back to me and keeping me updated with orders. The pjs that did arrive were good quality.
100% positive experience!Customer service has been helpful whenever needed as something was out of stock and I received a full refund within the time estimated on their website. This wouldn’t stop me buying again to which I have ordered more and can’t wait for them to arrive.
