Fed my dogs on Wilson’s for a few years. Usually cold pressed but I have a fussy eater so trying their fresh food which she seems to love. Super convenient as doesn’t need to be kept frozen. Customer service always helpful.
Finally a dog food that my two fussy babies enjoy. No taking up room in the freezer. The food is well packaged with a good shelf life.I started with the assorted wet food to see which flavours they would enjoy and then set up the subscription.I had a slight issue on my part when an old address was pulled onto the system for my first subscription delivery but a quick telephone call and I was able to speak to an actual human doggy mum and everything was sorted in double quick time.
We cancelled a long-standing (years) order 2 months ago because of numerous delivery issues that Wilson's could not resolve. The food was good. The service, not so much
So we have been asked to rate a non-existent order.
I believe it is a good feed & in a different form to normal kibbles & certainly my working ESS does well on it BUT (and this is the reason for my low score) it's far too costly to be fed solely ... particularly when any number of other profile brands, with correct nutrition on the panel, has served all 14 dogs' needs (over my lifetime) most satisfactorily. £20 & 5kg over my normal feed, isn't sufficient reason to buy a different shaped feed in my opinion.
