I ordered shoes and I was so excited for it look really good on their website. I waited 2 weeks and when I received it , I was very disappointed, I thought I ordered on Temu. Very Cheaply made.
You think it will be the real leather because of the original price and good quality for its a vouncouver boutique but it's not. Don't get deceived. It's even stated in the website that you can track your order, you won't even get a confirmation email about your order -let alone tracking it. I'm not a happy customer and I'm not recommending anybody to buy here.
Do not buy anything from this company . They send you low quality stuff and then tell you you cannot return it because it was on sale. The answer you very nicely with their customer service which seems like AI but you will not get what you are expecting.
The product does not resemble the advertisement at all; the material and color are entirely different. The quality is extremely disappointing, and they only provide a 10% refund unless you return it to the overseas location at your own cost. Be cautious! Avoid shopping here.

However, the quality is worse than my dishcloths; what they call a coat is merely a rag. For returns, they expect you to ship it back to another country at your own cost. This is a scam—don't fall into the same trap.

I grew up in the area and didn’t recognize their store, nor did my friends or family. I emailed them asking where the physical store was located. I received three responses, none of which answered my question. Don't be swayed by their story about humble beginnings and closures due to costs. There never was a local store.
I wish I had read reviews before ordering the winter coat. The material is incredibly cheap and of poor quality. Their return policy claimed hassle-free 100% refunds, but it’s the opposite; they provide numerous excuses and ultimately ask you to send it back to another country. This is a scam. The return shipping is more than what I paid. Don’t waste your time ordering from this seller.
I ordered shoes in size 5.5 (EUR 35.5 or 36) but received a size 37 instead. Much too large. The customer service team assured me not to worry, they would send the correct size. However, the new shoes never arrived. After weeks of emails with promises, they informed me that a size 5.5 is actually their size 6, which corresponds to a 37, and they would offer a 20% refund if I was unhappy with the size, which they consider a personal preference! For returns, I would need to send it back to another country!
