Placed an order on 9/29/24 and was charged. Last shipping update is for 10/19/24. Its now 11/24/24 and I still have no package. I emailed their customer support 3 weeks ago now with no response. I'm going to now have my bank reverse the charges because this is BS.

Poor Quality product.

Bought a ski hood which arrived but much smaller than advertised in the pictures - no way it was going to fit over a helmet. Suspect the pictures for their products bear little relation to what you get sent. Also delivery took ages.
