If I could put a zero for rating I would. Do not order fromThis company. It is a scam. I received my order late and it wasn’t what I had ordered. The item is much smaller then what they show on site. Now they are ignoring my emails for a refund SCAM SCAM SCAM
Scam site. I was tricked with a video through Facebook for a gnome calender. Thought it was a larger nice calander. Link of video took me to this site. Found out the calander is something totally different. I emailed them the first day and multiple times to cancel no response. Luckily I purchased though paypal and I disputed the charge. Receiving my money back through PayPal because they did not respond to them either. Leason learned always double check links through videos.
I bought 2 gnome advent calendars. They were advertised as about 30” x 20” looking at the videos. They were supposed to have 24 12” gnomes behind the doors. In stead the package was about 10” x 10” and 5here were only 3 4” gnomes in each calendar. The other doors tiny (1/2-1”) rubber figure that were Santa’s, snowmen, bells etc. Totally false advertising and a waste of money.
I would give zero stars if I could. I'm angry and have received terrible customer service. There is days between my email and replies. The replies are not helpful. I paid Oct. Q0 and still today have not gotten my items! Edit to update:I want to be fair. I never received my items, but I was finally issued a refund. I had to email them a lot and be persistent, but I did finally get a refund in Dec of 2024.
Totally dissatisfied with my purchase of “ Mom, I Want to Hear Your Story" from @Lilynhyme!!! When I received my item I noticed there was multiple spelling errors. I took pictures and sent them to @Lilynhyme. Although @Lilynhyme offered a refund they refused to cover shipping costs. I still do not understand why they would want a piece of trash back and have me pay for it. It’s worth nothing. At that point a full refund should have been issued.
