Late notification of non-delivery

I placed an order around 1 PM on 31/12/26, and the website indicated it would be delivered that day. At 5 PM on the same day, I received a message stating the package couldn't be delivered due to holiday closures and that I would receive a refund. By then, it was too late to order from another florist. The gift was for a birthday and New Year’s Day on 1/1. Very disappointing.

Disappointed with bouquet size

I was very disappointed with the size of the deluxe bouquet I ordered for my grandmother. I was away on delivery day, and when I returned home, I was shocked at how small they were for the price I paid. The flowers were nice, and delivery was efficient, but they were nothing like I expected or what was shown in the picture.

Not worth the cost

Although the product I ordered was delivered on time, it was quite disappointing as it did not resemble the premium Christmas bouquet I had chosen. The final product was far from the $146 I paid! I wouldn't use this service again.

Beautiful Christmas flowers delivered

I received a wonderful last-minute response to my order. The flowers were gorgeous; I requested large and festive, and they delivered! Gladioli a meter tall, bright red, surrounded by red and white blooms and Christmas bush. My friend loved them, and another friend even FaceTimed me to show them.
