Time Wasted by Fraudulent Tactics

If Only Zero Stars Were Possible

If zero stars were an option, I would choose that. This is an absolute scam. I booked a flight online in a rush to see my daughter undergoing surgery, only to receive a call stating, 'sorry, your flight cannot be confirmed.' I was told I had to pay an additional $800 for a one-way ticket instead of a round trip, with no option for refunds. This one-way ticket ended up costing me more than my entire round trip to the UK! I'm only traveling from one state to another. Avoid this company at all costs. They are truly terrible scammers.

Misleading Fare Information
