Algorythm should be reviewed as it includes locations in the planning which itself, gives as "closed". Also location accuracy is not sufficient. Saying that charging stations are at a shopping mall is not helpful especially when the centre is really large and no ground (signs of any kind) indications are present. In one case chargers were given as CAP3000 shopping center in St. Laurent du Var which is so huge that it has separated in North and South parking. No clear indication was given by the app so we had to drive around 15 mins and ask to be able to locate the chargers. A simple coordinates info would solve the problems for all locations without a dedicated address. Very frustrating!

Another company thinking AI will save money. Tried to register in application but did not receive confirmation SMS code. Contacted help center in the app itself - as usually - useless help routing me to the help email. Wrote email, guess what, got answer from AI chat bot again asking me the same, providing pointless clues. So welcome at IONITY. Can't imagine I will have such experience in winter, if the issue occurs, at charging station.
