I got notification today that my package was delivered on Feb 17 (BTYCN0099573355YQ) items bought from hastlekh.com selling Nordstrom Rack Last Call sale. It is the 24th but the update just came through today. Wouldn't you know it there was no package delivered. I have contacted them and got an auto-response telling me to check around the house and the neighbors but I was home all day that day because it was the day before a big day for me and I thought what perfect timing. But nothing came. The delivery address they claim to have is my in-laws place. They claim to only be a tracking site for Anserx.com but no updated information shows up especially when the items are picked up the shipping partner USPS (BTCYN# should have been changed to USPS tracking number from what other shipping sites say once received). Now I have no way to track my package and I have 2 more tracking numbers that I am on the lookout for so now I have no clue what to do. I paid for my items and I just want to received what I bought. It woud be such a shame if they are involved with scamming people. I would like for 17track to do their due diligence and help me find my items as well as help me keep track of the the other 2 tracking number that I have.

I will not be purchasing from any company who uses this platform. Shapermint is the company in this case, lessons learned.

Absolutely 💯 horrible package never received , will not give us information on tracking information or u.s company used once in u.s. complete scammers any company using know you won't ever get information or package. I plan to report them and the company who used them .

Unreliable tracking information

This tracking service is not trustworthy; it claims my item was delivered, but it hasn't arrived. We have security cameras along my street, and no deliveries have been made for several days. The delivery time provided was set four hours ahead of when it was supposedly delivered. I advise against making purchases through social media platforms, as they often turn out to be scams or too good to be true.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED WITH DELIVERY ISSUES

I'VE BEEN WAITING FOR OVER TWO MONTHS FOR THREE PACKAGES. ONE OF THE PACKAGES SHOWS AS DELIVERED, BUT NOTHING HAS ACTUALLY ARRIVED. WE'VE CHECKED OUR SECURITY CAMERAS, AND NO DELIVERY OCCURRED ON THAT DAY OR EVEN THAT WEEK. THE OTHER PACKAGES HAVE ALSO BEEN IN TRANSIT FOR A LONG TIME. I SUSPECT THIS IS A SCAM. THE TRACKING SERVICE SEEMS TO BE PART OF IT. EVERY TIME I TRY TO CONTACT SOMEONE, I CAN'T REACH ANYONE. THE PHONE NUMBERS ARE OUT OF SERVICE, AND EMAILS ONLY GET AUTOMATED RESPONSES. THEY HAVEN'T ATTEMPTED TO RESOLVE ANY ISSUES AND SEEM UNCONCERNED SINCE THEY'VE ALREADY RECEIVED PAYMENT. I'VE CONTACTED MY BANK, AND THEY WILL REFUND MY MONEY. I'M ALSO REPORTING THIS TO THE BBB AND SHARING MY EXPERIENCE ON SOCIAL MEDIA. I WON'T STOP UNTIL OTHERS ARE AWARE OF THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY.

Order marked delivered but not received

I placed an order for items totaling $68 and 250 AED, which the status indicates was delivered on December 24th. However, I still haven't received my package. Is this a scam? It feels like fraud, as money is taken without any explanation or refund. I am unable to track my parcel and cannot reach out for support, nor have I received any response.

Disappointing experience with an online seller

I ordered a guitar from an online seller and received tracking information that pointed to my local depot. However, my village doesn't even have a depot. The seller issued a refund, stating that the item was reported as lost by the courier, but when I inquired about the courier's name, I received no response. I strongly advise against purchasing from sellers using this tracking service, as it seems to be a scam designed to exploit customers and generate revenue through interest.

Completely ineffective!

Completely ineffective! They take no responsibility for packages. I was supposed to receive a package a week ago, and their response was simply, “we don’t know, contact the seller for a refund.” Really?? They have my package and all they say is “I don’t know.” *edit after reply* I did reach out to this company and kept receiving the same responses. Eventually, I got in touch with the company that has my package, but they stated they couldn’t verify the shipping company and advised me to contact the seller for further information. They didn’t provide any tracking details for the new company, so I still have no way to track my package, and the seller just sends me a tracking number for this company. Pay attention to the other reviews; they seem to be complicit in scams and “track” non-existent packages.
