Fantastic customer service from Rhodri. He was extremely helpful and accommodated multi views of the home we wanted to buy. Rhodri was really helpful and gave us all of the information and options available to us. Unfortunately we didn’t buy from Linden homes, but we would absolutely deal with Rhodri and Linden homes again.
I had visited Liden Homes several times before, but always on non-working days. Today, however, we went in during opening hours and were finally able to view the houses properly.
The sales representative welcomed us warmly, even though he had only just opened and was still getting settled. He kindly offered us a cup of tea, showed us around the showroom, and gave us clear and helpful information about the mortgage process, which was especially reassuring as first-time buyers.
Rhodri truly made a wonderful impression on us he even got the pronunciation of our names right, which meant a lot.
We won’t go on and on, but we are genuinely excited and can’t wait to move into our Liden home and join the rest of the Liden house stars!

Our overall experience has been fantastic. Our sales advisor was supportive right from the beginning and continued to assist us throughout the process. As first-time buyers, we had numerous questions and found many aspects of the home buying journey to be stressful, but our advisor always reassured us and responded to our inquiries promptly, making us feel comfortable in asking anything. The entire site team did an outstanding job of completing our home in time for our preferred move-in date, despite facing challenging weather conditions, and their dedication was greatly appreciated. The site manager has also been very helpful in addressing any issues or questions positively, striving to maintain high standards and finishes, and efficiently resolving any concerns. Although we are currently the first (and only) homeowners in the estate and surrounded by ongoing construction, the site team has consistently shown respect and courtesy. I would wholeheartedly recommend the team at our development to anyone.
