Wrong order sent ie minus 2 items. Then given refund instead of the chocs that I ordered. To complete my order would mean spending a lot more to get free postage. Not a happy chappy at all. Only Lindor could get it wrong twice in quick succession in order to really hack off a long standing customer.
I havent received my parcel as yet. Royal mail say they attempted delivery on the 9th but failed to leave a red card. I was therefore unable to book a redelivery. They are supposed to redeliver the following working day but nothing. I rang customer services on the 11th but still no parcel. Yesterday I sent a contact form to Lindt as they are the seller and need to take this up with Royal mail. So far nothing. So i have paid Lindt and up to today have nothing for my money.
