linem roots is no longer responding .. originally ordered a queen set of oeko tex certified linen. After many delays like 2 months i received uncertified non linen sheets. In speaking to customer service via email with "Dave". He eventually gave 2 options , I selected send me certified linen after a few more emails clarifying the certification etc he no longer replies and emailing there support email is the same .. crickets so 0 rating which I will keep passing along unless I hear.

TOTAL FRAUD! Not genuine linen sheets!

TOTAL FRAUD! These are NOT authentic linen sheets! The King size comes with regular pillowcases! When I tried to ask about the INCORRECT color sent, it turned into a frustrating experience with no resolution!

ABSOLUTELY THE BEST SHEETS! These negative reviews seem like a smear campaign against a fantastic company. We ordered two sets of queen sheets, and they both arrived promptly (in a couple of weeks). They are exactly what we ordered. These are the most comfortable sheets we've ever used. My husband and I are picky about sheets, and this is the first set we both adore! We sleep wonderfully in them. If I have one complaint... they're so incredibly comfortable that it's hard to get out of bed in the morning! Highly recommend these; you won't regret it!

Paid $189 for TRASH

Ordered white California king sheets and received a brown queen sheet, 2 pillowcases, and a duvet cover. NOT LINEN FROM FLAX, NOT Oeko-Tex certified... MADE IN CHINA!! Tried to get a refund with no response. DO NOT buy from this seller; they are scammers!

Scam

I would give -1 if I could. This company is a scam. I tried to cancel my order immediately when I saw the charges in USD, but there was no cancellation option. I emailed them repeatedly. They acknowledged my cancellation request but said they couldn't stop the process. Eventually, the product arrived. JUNK!!! Not linen and poorly made. I felt completely scammed.

I ordered sheets, and they have not arrived after 5 weeks. The system states they were returned to the origin, but customer service claims they are still on their way. I requested a refund and disputed the charge through my credit card.

Received sheets without certification...

I received sheets that did not have the advertised Oeko-Tex certification as stated on my receipt. I tried to reach out via email, but it was rejected, and the support and returns page showed a ‘404 page not found' error!
