I am extremely dissatisfied with the service and support. I paid a significant amount for expedited shipping, yet the items were sent out after the estimated delivery date. Despite multiple requests for a refund on the expedited shipping fee, the support team has consistently denied my requests.
This is a scam! I ordered a decanter, paid a lot for 3-day delivery, and was given a delivery date, but it arrived 5 days late. The seal was broken, the box was wet and smelled like bourbon, and the decanter was broken with peeling paint. They refused to refund me, claiming they would replace it, but now they aren't responding to my emails. Terrible company and a scam!

My experience with this service was very positive. I received order confirmation, and five days later, the bottles arrived well-packed. I was very pleased with this service. I was worried after reading other comments, but my personal experience was great.

I ordered 12 bottles and they shipped them without protection, arriving at a temperature of 128 degrees. They were ruined, so I refused delivery, and they were sent back. The seller only refunded half of the money, and I've been disputing this charge for 6 months. Just like other reviews say, this business is dishonest!
