When I received my T-shirt, it was small, not large. I looked at the order and saw it was my error.
I asked if I could exchange, and they responded super quickly. They explained that not only would they happily send me a large size, but that I could keep the small one as well!

I was sceptical about ordering from these as I hadn’t heard of them but WOW was I wrong! I received my jumper super quick and then had a sizing request for a smaller size. Nothing has been too much trouble. Wish all small businesses were like this! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Wonderful customer care. Fantastic item, just as I had hoped it would be. Needed to exchange for a different size and I got a speedy reply and excellent support. Lovely customer service which you don’t find very often these days. I will remember this.
Always sus about these online retailers, so I was happy it arrived in the first place, (shipping was relatively quick). However the quality leaves much to be desired. The shirt feels cheap, thin cotton that isn’t particularly soft. I’m usually a medium, but wanted it to be a little oversized. It fit the way I wanted it to. Overall OK, just don’t expect it to last long.
The customer service was a very pleasant experience. I loved the shirt I ordered but I realized I should’ve ordered the next size up. I emailed about an exchange and they immediately shipped me the next size up without even having to return the medium. I plan to gift it to a friend. Thank you!
