I incorporate this service into my store workflow, and it has provided a consistent experience. While I may not adore every minor aspect, the overall process of importing products, managing orders, and monitoring fulfillment has been easier than I anticipated. I haven't needed to closely oversee shipments so far, which is a relief during hectic days.
After dealing with overseas suppliers for months, I decided to try this service. The setup was more seamless than anticipated: importing products, adjusting prices, and connecting the store were all done without any coding. My initial customers received their orders in around four days. So far, there have been no significant issues like delays or damaged items. It feels like I can set everything up and focus on advertising and promotion instead.
I used to spend days searching for suppliers and stressing over shipping times. With this service, that anxiety vanished. The quick delivery to U.S. customers significantly lowered refund requests, and I've received positive feedback on the quality of the packaging. It made my store appear more "established" without the need for a full logistics setup.
It seems like a scam; they advertise ads for $10 a day, but when you try to purchase, you receive a receipt for $12.80 daily. They don't inform you about the $2.80 fee until after the transaction. Additionally, when topping up $100 for processing fees, they charge an extra $28 without prior notice. There’s also a 5% fee plus $10 to withdraw your earnings, which takes 5-7 days, or you can opt for a quicker withdrawal at a steep 28% fee. They also retain a reserve amount for 6 months, which you lose if you decide to close your account. I earned $2000 in a month, but they held $600 as a reserve while I spent over $5800 on ads, processing fees, and other related charges. I have documentation of all these transactions. The costs quickly accumulate with all these minor charges and hidden fees.
This was the first importer that maintained my Shopify theme perfectly. The titles aligned with my formatting rules, images were resized properly, and variant groups remained intact without duplicates. The SEO descriptions were also tidy enough to use right away, without any edits.
I contacted the support team because my shipping rates weren't visible during checkout. The representative thoroughly reviewed my settings and provided step-by-step guidance with screenshots, making it easy for me to navigate. The interaction felt genuine and not hurried. After resolving the issue, they followed up the following day to ensure that orders were being processed correctly—such attentive service was unexpected.
I signed up and spent money to process orders, but I ran out of funds when I got paid. As soon as my card had cash, they took all my money and refuse to leave it alone. Every time they release an available balance, they take it back for their own purposes. There are pending funds they won't release, and despite telling them to keep the profits and just refund my money, I get no responses. They keep passing me off to someone else for help, but no one addresses why my funds aren't released. Since I told them to stop taking my money, any deposits to my available balance seem to get lower every day. It feels like a scam, and I’ve found my store isn’t even online, with their so-called hot items just being PDF files. I want to find legal assistance to address this issue.
Any positive reviews you see on here are fake. Just like everything they do. All the positive reviews are fake, the orders are fake, the fees they assess on everything is outrageous, and the automated ads is also fake. They make you think you’re running ads when really the money goes straight to them and they generate fake orders to make it seem like your ads are working but it’s all a show! Sellvia is fake garbage and they want to screw everyone that comes across their scheme. I’ve been running a lot of ads on there website and have seen many orders by the same person many times. They sure make their website and offerings look good so they can scam you even better. I don’t even think I’m making any money due to all the fees like when you get an order you’re hit with a 10% fee, they overcharge on orders you process and tell you everything is fine, they charge you 7% I think to withdrawal as well. They need to change their name from sellvia to “Feevia” because everything is a fee with this garbage scam! Stay far away and count your blessings you did.
