I emailed again to inquire about exchanging the wool if I couldn’t find the same batch number. They assured me that new stock was arriving and that they would verify the numbers. Once they received it, they emailed to confirm it was from the same dye lot. I’m thrilled as it matched the exact color I desired. A definite 5+ for outstanding customer care!
