This company offers excellent customer support. I had a question regarding how the purifier operates after filling the tank with cold tap water. The support team replied promptly via email. I realized I hadn’t positioned the pitcher correctly towards the unit. I appreciated their quick response and was encouraged to reach out with any further questions. My family and I are also enjoying drinking the purified water and breathing cleaner air thanks to this dual unit. I would highly recommend this company to others!
The air purifier is quiet, efficient, and extremely easy to set up and use. It effectively removes unwanted odors, and the dust levels in my home have decreased. I have a large house and purchased smaller units for the bedrooms and a full-sized one for the main area, and they perform excellently. I would recommend this company and its offerings. Five stars!
I ordered two smaller units, one for the living room and one for the bedroom. I wake up no longer congested, which is a big deal. I have a large dog that sheds a lot, and the amount of hair and dander has significantly reduced, meaning no more constant sneezing. Very satisfied with my purchase.
This is such a must have item. Setup was simple and you can drink clean and safe water right in your home. Ordinary filters cannot remove the contaminants that the SANS filters can remove. Of particular interest to me, the SANS filters cannot removed PFAS and microplastics.
Great product and great customer service. Grateful I found a convenient and easy to use countertop water filter that uses RO and UV. All my questions were fully answered when engaging with live online support before I purchased my unit.
Let’s just say I’m on my third machine and every time they’ve replaced it I’ve had to check it in my luggage to get it to my home in Mexico. I asked if I could return my third machine and a customer service representative said yes. I then requested to return it and they said no, past the deadline and would not honor it. Now I’m stuck with a chore and a piece of junk. These machines must be so inexpensive to make bc in lieu of giving a refund they would rather just send a new one to a customer that no longer wants it. I intend to post this review everywhere I can to alert consumers of their shady business practices.
I’m really happy with my SANS water purifier! The design is beautiful and modern — it looks great on my counter. The built-in hot water dispenser is a fantastic bonus and makes it so easy to prep tea or coffee in seconds.What I appreciate most is how simple it is to use. No complicated setup, no confusing buttons — just clean water at the touch of a button. It’s efficient, reliable, and exactly what I was looking for. Highly recommend!
The SANS was easy to set up. In fact, it was up and running within moments. We have it set on automatic and several times, it has revved itself up, indicating something bad is in the air. Today, it sensed the grass being mowed two doors up and it felt the air being sucked in by my air conditioner wasn't up to par. Took about 5 minutes for the SANS to settle down to low speed. I am very confidant it is working as promised.
