Excellent report with high level of detail and photographs. Very clearly laid out and easy to interpret even for a novice! Clear structured system to highlight concerns and areas which need attention. Drone was used to inspect roof. Would definitely reccomend.
They provided a really great and quick service, including a free 'desk report' before we went ahead with them. The report was thorough and done in good time. The addition of the drone use in their survey is also a real plus. Would recommend anyone to use their services as it's really good value for money.

I was very impressed with our experience of L&K Surveyors. We used them for a Level 3 Survey of a property we are in the process of buying. The booking process was easy, and customer service was great. They were able to book in a survey quickly, and we received our report the very next day. I was impressed with the level of detail on the report, as well as the fact that they use drones in order to get a decent look at the roof - not something I've seen in a surveyor prior to now. While the surveyor who carried out our survey wasn't available to talk us through the report, we did speak at length with Alex, who took the time to answer our questions and ensure we were happy with the purchase. Overall, a really good service from a company who clearly care a lot about the work they do.
