Had an amazing experience with L&K surveyors, I was purchasing a home as a full cash purchase so time was of the essence. I required everything done before the stamp duty increased significantly.I initially went to a comparison site for surveys and although I was contacted by 6-7 companies I found L&K surveyors to be the most professional in their welcoming approach I was sent a video explaining everything via Watsapp along with a basic report of the house.Once I called up I was lucky enough to speak to the owner he seemed like a really nice individual so I signed up and made thepayment.My survey was booked for Friday, it went ahead as planned. I called the office and explained the urgency of me receiving the report as quick as possible and they delivered that.I received my survey report on a Monday My Surveyor Samuel booked in to discuss on Wednesday, he answered all my questions and put my mind at ease. He was very thorough in the report as well as in our discussion.Thursday I made payment to my solicitor and I am now a first time home owner.This company has amazing service all round and they also donate to teen hostels, you got to love a good cause.
The surveying carried out by London and Kent surveyors was top quality. They were able to identify all potential issues we had, and even used a drone to detect potential issues with the Chimney stack. Afterwards, they gave us a call, and answered all of our concerns.
L&K Surveyors did an excellent thorough report and the drone was very beneficial in taking photos in areas which would have otherwise been missed. Kieran was very professional and explained everything carefully during the follow-up phone call.
Great experience with these surveyors, was easy and quick to book the survey, good communication letting us know the progress of the survey and easy to access the finished report. Follow up call with the surveyor was really valuable, our surveyor was really knowledgeable and helpful. We used them twice during our house search and thanks to the findings from the first survey we feel we were able to make a good decision about pulling out of a purchase due to issues with the property that we had not picked up ourselves.
