It was very quick and easy to book in and pay for the survey. The survey was booked in same week, and we had a copy of the report within another week (this with the Easter bank holiday inbetween). The report was very detailed and colour coded according to seriousness of matter. The follow up phone call was very helpful - Alex helped us understand in more depth the parts of the report that we wished to focus on.

They have a simple to use booking system and sent some free extra information prior to my survey. Once I got the report back I was impressed by how detailed it was, they included photo evidence of everything they raised or looked at. I was offered a follow up phone call to go through the survey, but as it was so detailed, I opted not to have this. Overall I am happy with the experience.

Really impressed with the service received on a residential property we were purchasing. Smooth process, easy to book and track process. Survey was booked within a few weeks and the report was available less than a week later on the date they committed to. Survey was very thorough with many photos and a follow up call after was really useful to ask any follow up questions and so we were comfortable with the the report.
