I had a great experience with Liquorama Fine Wine and Spirits. Ordering online was simple and straightforward, and my order arrived right on time. Everything was well-packaged and in perfect condition. I’ll definitely be ordering again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality service and reliability.
Liquorama started stocking hard to get bourbons after Canada started boycotting American whiskey. They feature them prominately & usually have them in stock when there is no sale in progress. As soon as a sale starts, all of sudden they don't have them anymore. They don't post an advisory that they are "out of stock" like they do with wine & other spirits. If premium whiskey is not included they should say so! They wait until you finish shopping & try to check out before they say "not in stock". They are luring customers to their website & hoping to sell you other products & not the products they are selling. UNETHICAL BEHAVIOR & probably illegal in many states.
If zero were an option, that would be my rating. I ordered a bottle of mescal for a birthday gift. I was sent a confirmation message. For unknown reasons, a charge hit my debit card, which I didn’t use for the purchase. A similar charge also hit my credit card. I have sent three emails and left three voicemails all of which have gone unanswered asking for an explanation and estimated delivery date. Liquorama’s customer service is abysmal. I have reported this as a fraudulent transaction to my credit card company.
