I was really nervous when I first signed up because I had never done this before. However, right from the beginning with a really easy-to-follow website, LSS was really helpful. It's the small things I suppose like branded tape that sticks out from all the other companies, and getting a marker with the boxes. My boxes were collected and delivered on time and I was always updated throughout the process.
