Review Time
My daughters collection was a day late with the result she had already flown home. They left items behind in her accommodation and had to do a return trip. Delivery now also a day late, so far….. so have a daughter in a flat with no beddings utensils and minimal clothing. No e-mail thé day before on either occasions as promised and only an email on day stating they would be late. Have been unable to contact them by telephone on both occasions collection and delivery. Also no reply to messenger message. Communication terrible and service terrible only redeeming feature is the easy to use website. Harry was very apologetic, agreed my complaint was justified and promised to work on communication issues, he also agreed to the refund requested. They ensured my daughter had her boxes the next morning before she had to leave for an appointment. However when checking the delivery 4 boxes were missing. another apologetic email and text promising to locate the boxes that day and get them delivered ASAP. One full working day later not even and update received to say they have located the boxes. Once again feeling disappointed, let down and now angry
Terrible service. Not customer centred at all. Communication last minute. Delivered in the end but most stressful time. Did give discount however but didn't make up for 2 days of complete stress.Thank you for your response. I suggest it would improve your service if you could given some idea of time don't expect it to be precise but waiting between 12.30 and 18.00hrs was a bit much.
Excellent service! Costs are reasonable and the luggage was collected and delivered (in Durham) on the scheduled dates. In fact, two days before the delivery date, we asked if the luggage could be delivered the very next day, and the response was "No problem"!We had also overestimated the number of cartons that would be required, and the refund process was painless -- the person collecting the luggage reported the number of cartons returned (with a copy of the notification to me), and we got the refund a few days later.The quote and booking system is simple and straightforward, with just one set of prices, and no separate or hidden charges.Customer service is also brilliant -- very quick response to all queries, whether by email or web chat.Will definitely use this service again at the end of this academic year!
