I reached out to a service based on their promise of a 15-30 minute response time. I called them on December 4th at 8:15 PM and was told a locksmith would arrive in 30 minutes. The locksmith showed up over two hours later. The service did not inform me of any delays despite my attempts to contact them. I spoke with a very rude staff member who said there was nothing they could do and refused to assist further. I would have appreciated any communication instead of being left waiting in the cold and then charged £200.
