Review Time
I’ve tried this company on various occasions and products are usually not functional. I’ve tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but I’ve only had about a 2% success rate. Making returns is nearly impossible & when asked for paper receipt they refused and only provided email copy which took hours to get. The sales reps are not knowledgeable about the products they sell and never had any experience in the field.
I communicated with the company to initiate a return and have not heard back even after multiple attempts to do so. The policy stated there would be a restocking charge and all kinds of other fees with a return however, I was not sent a compatible item so I don’t feel this is my responsibility to be charged fees. I did not simply order the wrong item.I was sent an incompatible one.
Spoke with a representative from locksmith keyless yesterday, and apparently it didn't go to well. He wanted me to change my review and then he would refund my money. My position hasn't changed one bit. I appreciate the apology and the suggestion to return my refund, but the fact that I received a bad product hasn't changed, and that's just not good business. I hope them well in the future and I hope that they take a good look at this particular product (cadillac key fob) and make some changes
