I took my vehicle in last week to have cams fitted and a remap to accommodate the new modifications. The team identified several issues with the car, which I truly appreciate, and they took care of a few things while it was on the ramp. All the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and they didn’t mind my presence in the reception throughout the day 😂. The car drives perfectly! There are a few minor adjustments needed for the map, but I plan to reach out to the team in the new year for those tweaks. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I look forward to returning!

I took my car to them due to an engine warning fault (rich mixture). They had originally mapped the car. After getting it back with a similar warning, they dismissed my concerns, claiming it was just a low battery issue. Another company had remapped it and replaced an O2 sensor and oil, charging me £1000! When I took it for an MOT, it failed emissions miserably, with a warning light on. I replaced the pre-cat O2 and MAP sensor myself, but it still failed. They blamed everything else, including the MOT test centre's equipment and my drive home. They refused to inspect the car again without payment. They are in breach of contract. They rate themselves highly, but I find them to be poor mechanics who shift blame onto customers. Completely useless and dishonest.
Fantastic service from a very impressive company! They went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. My car's cold start is now excellent, and it’s fantastic on fuel. Thanks, team! Looking forward to coming back when I want more power! 👌💪
Everything that could go wrong did at this establishment. They wasted 5 hours of my time and charged me £200 for absolutely no work done on my car. They charge exorbitantly for minor parts and can't even dyno a car without an air filter. If anyone from the company reads this, you need to address the issues you have with customers' vehicles. It's daylight robbery, and your upselling tactics are transparent. I would rather take my business elsewhere than deal with this again.
This company is a complete disaster and should be shut down immediately! They have taken a lot of money and delivered appalling work on customers' cars. Their lack of knowledge is astounding. Communication between staff is nonexistent, and they do minimal work while scamming customers with unnecessary charges. If you love your car, please stay away from this company. They clearly do not care about your vehicle or your satisfaction.
They are dishonest! They couldn't access my son's new ECU for mapping, claiming they needed a cable, and sent him home after a 4-hour drive! After multiple unanswered calls, they tried to blame our ECU and suggested he buy one of theirs for £1200 plus installation! They then charged us £400 for doing nothing! Complete frauds! We took it to a local tuner who had no issues and mapped the car in under an hour. I do not recommend this company and will be contesting the charges.
It took them 6 weeks to send my power steering kit. The general manager, who responds to customer emails, was rude and unprofessional. They sent the item to the wrong address and tried to blame me for their mistake. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful.
The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I booked my car for a specific upgrade and they treated my vehicle and parts with respect. The work was done professionally and quickly. I've used this service for years and have always been satisfied. Highly recommend them! Thank you to the team!
