I received great support from the team at the hospital. The team leader was excellent in keeping us updated. Although we were assisted by another team, the estimated time of arrival was delayed. The team promptly arranged transport for us, ensuring we returned to the hospital in time for medication rounds.

He was charming, polite, and very professional, showcasing great driving skills. We picked up two other patients along the way, and everyone enjoyed warm conversations.
