Review Time
Hi, I have moved in for 6 months now. The design of the house is good, quality of the materials are nice. I will recommend the houses, but the after buy service may need to improve.Unfortunately, I have started to notice some problems with the house in November. The Ensuite bathroom and the gutters are leaking and when the engineer came, he was an hour late to the appointment time but didn’t give us any notice. There was also an occasion when the workmen did not even turn up as they said they had other emergency appointments to go to, and again, no one notified us until I contacted the office myself!Also the glass windows have cracked without being hit by anyone or anything. An engineer has been and done the measurements but that was already a month ago and we are still waiting for the replacement. To be frank, I felt that the engineer checks were not very thorough as issues I mentioned above are still not resolved yet. I hope to hear from them soon and am looking forward to settle all the issues soon.
Not sure where to start! The customer service from start to finish has been amazing. We’ve been in our house three weeks now but initially looked at it when wearing hard hats back in March. The timing wasn’t right for us then but Karen kept in contact and we were eventually able to move in to our dream house! Nothing is too much for Karen, she’s patient, happy to answer any questions and always takes the time to make sure you’re happy and understand everything. We’re so thrilled with our journey from start to finish. Even now we’ve moved in, maintenance are great at getting back to us. We even asked regarding paint as we’ve made a few marks on the walls moving everything in and they put a few small pots of it on our doorstep for when we got home. To summarise, great service, great quality home, very happy pair!
The best experience ever.We don't have a bad word to say about our new home or Lodge Park Homes. Karen has been simply the best. Nothing was ever too much trouble and she went over and above for us to get us moved in.Our home is simply the best, we have had a new build before with another builder and there is just no comparison and we couldn't be happier. We are now in our second new build home (our first was with another developer) and we couldn’t be happier with the service or finishes of the house compared to our previous experience. Karen (our sales rep) had been keeping us update to date throughout the build and has gone above and beyond to help us sell our previous home in order to now be in our forever home.
Every step of our experience has been great, the process for us was smooth sailing and we were kept informed throughout the whole thing. The service level we received from Karen was fantastic, she was extremely helpful with any queries we had (even after we moved in) and we can't thank her enough for everything she helped us with to get our house! Karen is a credit to the company for sure!As for the house itself, we couldn't fault it. It is everything we expected and more. The quality is fantastic and we hardly had any snags once we moved in, the ones we did have were only minor anyway.We would 100% recommend Lodge Park Homes and would definitely buy from them again in the future

I absolutely love my new home and this Developer moved mountains to make sure I can move in before my mortgage offer was due to run out. The quality of the materials used is outstanding. I had support moving in, any queries answered and dealt with immediately and even help with moving and the connection of my washing machine by the Site Manager. All of whom I have come into contact with have been very supportive and friendly. The Developers are still on site and could not be more considerate. I highly recommend buying from Lodge Park.
19th of December 2022, this will be a memorable day for me and my husband because we got the keys for our home, for our beautiful home and I will never forget that this was thanks to Lodge Park and specially thanks to Karen, the support provided by Karen was unbelievable and made the whole experience enjoyable and satisfying. A very professional company. We had absolutely no problem with them. Staff were extremely helpful and could not do enough to ensure a smooth purchase. Karen at the corby office is brilliant!
