We moved into a Lodge Park home 12 months ago. The design and construction of the property are excellent and in our opinion superior to any of the other local developers that we have viewed at similar pricing levels. As with all new homes problems occur over time. We have had some minor problems but the Lodge Park customer service department dealt with nearly all of them in a timely manner and the tradesmen who carried out the work were professional and clean and tidy each time any of them visited us.Our plot size suits our needs perfectly and the general layout of the development is good although more visitor parking would have been beneficial.
