I learned a lot on lodgify and had given, and assisted in a professional way by Karen.
What i would like to lodgify to implement is to edit or delete option on messages sent to guests

I had two onboarding calls with Miha from Lodgify and the experience was honestly great. He was super helpful, patient, and very service minded throughout the whole process.
We went through all my connections, checked rates, calendar, and made sure everything was set up correctly. He took more time than expected to guide me and answer all my questions and made sure I fully understood how everything works before moving on.

During the 7-day trial period, the synchronization with my Airbnb account was completed. I started working with the website editor, but after several hours of work, the system crashed and failed to save my progress. I reported the issue twice, but I received no response—only marketing messages. Following this, once the 7-day trial ended, the system disconnected my Airbnb profile without any prior notice, overwriting or deleting all critical settings. This level of service is unacceptable.
I had a great experience working with Francesco. He was extremely professional, always available, and consistently willing to go the extra mile to provide support and guidance. His dedication, responsiveness, and positive attitude truly made a difference throughout the process. Advisors like him are rare — I only wish there were more like Francesco!
Great onboarding session with the Lodgify team! Karen Soraci was extremely knowledgeable and walked me through the channel manager and website builder with ease. It really helped shorten my learning curve. Highly recommended for any vacation rental host.
My experience with Lodgify so far is good, I would rate it very good or excellent if they had the following:
1- Lower their monthly fee, especially for long term customers
2- Upgrade their messaging/chat module on both phone and desktop, because as for now their module doesn't include read mark, live sending/receiving messages, auto translate toggle button (for desktop), their messaging automation doesn't include flexible sending times.
3- Their pricing module is not in 1 place (dynamic and % for different hosting websites) and also not in the main menu, also can't be managed from cell phone.
4- Having a booking % if I used their dynamic pricing tool, while it is already free on the other hosting websites.
** Overall, I think Lodgify has the potential to be 1 of the greatest property/channel management software, if they paid attention to the above points, and properly other points that someone else rather than me noticed, but the core of their website/mobile app design is great, and I think they can implement these disadvantages points easy, because of their good foundation based design and concept, and also they have a very good customer service.
I recently set up an account with a service and, thanks to the incredibly supportive team, I was able to make a substantial improvement to my business.
I am genuinely excited about their patience, kindness, and thorough assistance, which enabled me to reach my objective with ease and assurance.
