Delivery was very impressive. Ordered the LV Pochette Metis Canvas on February 4th. It was delivered in excellent condition on February 13th. Very quick responses to my WhatsApp inquiries which is important to me. I am in the US so I do not have to wait 8-12 hours for responses.
Bag was packaged very well. I was so surprised to find that it was actually double boxed! The bag was very protected. The package did not show any mishandling or even a tiny bit of damage despite the international shipping.
I love the quality of the bag! I love the size - it is perfect for my needs! No issues on quality whatsoever.
I will not be looking elsewhere for my bag needs!
