Logisticmart seems like an aggregator of packers and movers. They don't have verified packers and movers though, and share your contact with crooks. You will end up wasting your time dealing with pathetic service providers. Stay away from such unverified, untrusted sources. Stay away from Shubham Shukla who claims to be a professional packer and mover listed on logisticmart.
I used their services to recommend a transporter for transporting a scooty from Delhi to Bangalore last month (June 2019). The Service Provider I chose out of Logisticmart's recommendation proved to be untrustworthy, unreliable, overcharging without receipt and extremely unprofessional.the scooty was picked up from my hope on 11th June and I was told lies about its delivery/transit status. It was actually handed over for transportation only on 24th June i.e. 13 days after taken from me. Reached late and finally delivered without the scooty ignition key which was lost by the transporter. My sincere recommendation is not to take at face value what sales story these guys give. Do it yourself rather than use an online plat form such as Logisticart.
I had given contract to TCI PACKERS AND MOVERS through LOGISTICMART.COM for shifting my household items and BIKE from JAIPUR to Hamirpur, HIMACHAL PRADESH on 11 Oct 2018 (Mr. CHANDAN SINGH SHEKHAWAT and 1 other person packed and loaded the items in a tempo) and delivery date was agreed on or before 17 Oct 2018. The total cost including all charges was agreed at Rs-8000. At the time of loading I had paid Rs-6000 and the balance of Rs-2000 was agreed to be paid after the delivery of the goods. On 12 Oct 2018 I received a message from Mr. Dinesh Shekhawat for payment. The total amount now increased to Rs-12750, I told him that everything was finalised at Rs-8000, how come now it has increased ? He told me that Rs-8000 was just transportation charges the extra charge of Rs-4750 includes packing, loading, insurance and GST. I told him that its not fair, after taking all the goods they are demanding more money. He told me that he won't hand over our goods if the payments is not done. As I had no other option, I told him that we will make the balance payment of Rs-6750 once the goods are delivered but Mr. Dinesh denied. He told me to make the payment in advance to a a/c no. (Bank of Baroda 07100100021144 Chandan Singh Shekhawat) before receiving the goods at HAMIRPUR. I told him to return me all my goods along with the bike and advance payment, but he told me that he has already sent the goods and will be delivered tomorrow (13 OCT 2018). I asked him to give me the truck no., and he gave me a no. HR 61B 6650 (which was fake).He told me that he is in Pune and his boss at GURGOAN BRANCH (MR. RAHUL SHARMA) want's the payment to be made in advance. So, I took Mr. Sharma's no. and contacted him (9999879144). He also insisted me to make the full payment in advance and assured that the goods are safe with them and will safely reach the destination once the full payment is made. After taking to him I made the balance payment of Rs-6750 through net banking. I called Mr. Dinesh Shekhawat and Mr. Rahul Sharma and informed about the same, and they assured me that the goods will now be delivered at the final destination by 13 OCT 2018.When I contacted Mr. Dinesh on 13 Oct he told me to contact him later becoz he did not receive the address of the warehouse/ transporter where the goods will be delivered. After that he started making excuses that the goods will be delivered tomorrow (14 Oct) i'll let you know after sometime, after that he stopped responding to my calls and messages. Finally, on 4th Dec (almost after 2 months) our goods reached Hamirpur, Himachal Pradesh around 10.30 pm. We checked the items and found the following-1. Bike- The brake, clutch, paddle, body of the bike broken, indicators missing.2. Bumper guard missing3. Boxes in fully torn condition4. Quilts and blankets missing5. Scratches all over the mixer, Mixer jars missing (mixer of no use without jars)6. Utensils and other households missing7. Folding table missing8. 2 Dents in refrigerator9. Scratches all over the cooler10. Baby toys, mattress, blankets missingWhen i called Mr.Dinesh to inform about the losses incured he did not answer my calls (Called atleast 20 times). Really Bad Service.We shifted our 2 bhk house from Mumbai to Kudal which is at Konkan Stretch in Maharashtra.I chose KASWAN PACKERS AND MOVERS for the entire uploading and downloading and paid them 25000 and 3000 Rs more for the Insurance. At the time of the dismantling of the furniture we realised that there is termite on it so we decided to not take 2 cupboards and one dressing table. Inspite of continuos request of reducing the price because 3 items they are not carrying it, they refuse to take down the charges. They damaged the society walls while taking the furniture down. Which i had to pay the society, on telling them the same the response i got was "utana toh hoga hi."My furniture reached to the destination place. The company was suppose to Assemble the furniture back for me. We realised that few screws of my both the beds are missing so they couldn't fix it back. We had to buy new screws to fix it and also pay extra labour charge. Handle of one of my cupboard broke. which we had to fix it. In one of the boxes they had kept kitchen stuff. Because they kept the box upside down in the tempo the entire box spilled over like oil, rice, daals etc. And the recent thing we realised that one of our stool is also missing. I was in total loss.Pathetic service. Plz never ever give ur service to KASWAN PACKERS AND MOVERS. They are extremely unprofessional. And Logisticmart you need to really check with who all are you tying hands with.I regret that i found Logisticmart online. And i chose to go ahead with them and KASWAN PACKERS AND MOVERS.Extremely pathetic service.
Logisticmart provided local agency named "home relocation packers & movers" from nigdi pune. The service was pathetic. There staff even don't know how to pack the things. Two times committed different rates and finally billed pretty high. They seems like only loading and unloading agency. While transport they kept liquid materials wrong so that all that bottles spilled and whole cloths and eating things spoilt. We shifted on Monday 4th November but till today we are buying lost things and fixing Brocken things. I definitely not recommend such kind of agencies. Logistic Mart also need to verify the background before listing any agency.
Pathetic service from mahalaxmi packers and movers. I will never ever refer to anyone. I have taken the service from this Mahalaxmi packers and movers for delhi to vadodara. My almost all luggage were broken up badly and I have deeply regret that I made 80% (13000) amount after loading the luggage. After getting the delivery as I can see my more than luggage got badly damaged and I think I have to pay more rupees to get repaired my all the biggest Item. I never expected from You Mr.malik and I am not going to pay your 20% amount.(3000 Rs). Its not about 20% amount. Its about the service you committed which was not fulfilled from your end. I have sent all the pics of my damaged luggage to the packers and movers dealer.
