This company provides AWFUL customer…

This company provides AWFUL customer service.I placed a reorder and the checkout did not provide the shipping address. After I placed the order, I received an invoice and noticed it was being shipped to the wrong address. IMMEDIATELY, I contacted them through this stupid form. They will not let you talk to a live person. They sent an email and said TOO BAD SO SAD. NOTHING THEY COULD DO ABOUT IT.THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO READ THE BOOK "HUG YOUR HATERS" BECAUSE i AM NOW A HATER.

This company is terrible.

This company is terrible.We hired this company to make a logo for our company and we wanted the logo to be proprietary to us.This was 3.5 years ago....fast forward to now...we have seen our EXACT logo and EXACT color scheme used to 3 other companies...that we know of.Whats the point in paying for it to be proprietary to us if other companies are going to use the exact logo and color scheme?I would NOT use this company...go on Fiverr.com and have them create your logo's. This company is TRASH.
