Review Time
I am using this company since 2018 and was happy with their services until I order 2 x 250 business cards and purchase a website builder that I couldn't use my own domain, I only received 1 x 250 business card and the second order never been delivered, I have asked them to send the undelivered Business card and refund the money they took for website builder, communication is extremely poor, they only replied to one email and hard to get hold of them, they have no contact number and you don't know where they operating (high risk) , I hope they comeback to me before I report them to police Update: I have received email today that my payment for website builder will be paid in 3 days
The prepaid item has not been delivered after 6 months yet. Despite repeated correspondence and promises the third item of my 3-item-order has not been received yet. The 1st and 2nd was sent separately either. (order ID 20240218 - the order has been made on 24th June 2023)Very disappointing - next time I just drop my money directly into the garbage to save time and stress.
I made a logo using their platform. Had a number of changes, and contacted them on about 6 or 7 separate occasions for a change here and there. Baby, Sunish, Mervin, and the whole group were very responsive to my needs, and I ended with a great finished product. Not sure why all the negative reviews, but they gave me great service. Highly recommend them.
Delivery time for a paid product is more than 6 weeks - not acceptable. All this after they have delivered half of my order, I contacted them, they realized half of the order got forgotten and despite my request for a fast delivery - my new business opening needed the ordered business cards urgently - they have arranged a 3 weeks long delivery. OMG how pathetic is that - and they call themselves "A Deluxe Company". Well it looks they cannot afford a fast delivery on a prepaid order even they made a huge mistake and simply forgot half of the order... There are many other options on the market to create logos, I will definitely choose other provider. How disappointing :(
False advertisement. Agents don’t know what they are talking about! If I could give this a no star or a negative star I would. I have been going back and forth via email due to issues with my business cards and they are telling me it’s my fault after I spoke to an agent and was reassured that the questions and issues I had with the upload would not have the white lines on the sides. I was told they would not so I ordered when I received them they were wrong. They had the white on the edges that I was told they wouldn’t be there.
Do NOT use this company for anything. I have been using them for my website and domain hosting. They took down my website for an unknown amount of time or reason (I found out when a client of mine told me it wasn't working, so who knows how much business I lost), double charged me (this is the second time they have done this) and it takes several days to get any resolution. They are thieves, plain and simple. They should be put out of business.
