I ordered the Chocolate Heaven Cake for my son’s birthday, expecting something freshly baked and handmade as described. From the first slice, it was completely dry and inedible — by the next day, it had hardened like a stone. We couldn’t eat it and had to throw the whole cake away.The cake was stored exactly as recommended — in a cool place and served at room temperature — so storage was not an issue.Customer service was polite but offered only a partial refund or a gift card, which I did not accept. I paid for a quality cake, not store credit.A birthday cake should bring joy, not disappointment. This experience completely failed to meet even basic expectations of freshness and quality.
