terrible service, rude Doctor and staff , spend 90 seconds and asked for 250 pounds for a verruca consultation , I am a doctor too, my daughter was shocked about the service .. she is only 16 ..she was not allowed to speak , when was asked what she wants .. she was told everything is painful .. we were passed to someone to give us prices for excision of the verruca .. it is all about the money , please stay away. I am a GP and feel I was robbed !! Not sure how CQC allows this clinic to operate ??
The London dermatology clinic runs like a corner shop on the back of a street in some third-world country. They advertised lipoma removal from £295. I have a lipoma less than 2 cm, and they priced me at £1200 (!!!!) for a simple lipoma removal. When I said no, they offered to remove it for £600. Just beyond belief.

Please, don't go to this ‘clinic’Some issues I had included:I went for an appointment regarding my life long eczema after loosing my patience with the NHS. £175 bought me a 7 minute consultation where the dermatologist didn't even bother to glance at my skin. Her consultation method was asking a question then promptly talking over the top of you. The clinic took 18days to send me stock-standard request for bloods and to review them. In a subsequent appointment I had the dermatologist and clinic administration tell me in person and over the phone that I could be transferred onto a shared care plan, only to be told I was incorrect and must have heard the two employees incorrectly. I assume the owner found out and refused the a lose of revenue.This clinic prays on your vulnerability and rinses you for whatever you have, they are exploiting the broken NHS and have no remorse or care for your wellbeing.

ABSOLUTELY AVOID!Had a friend who came to this clinic and had a great result when she had a mole removed from her face. She did however warn me about making sure about checking the pricing on before going through with the procedure. When booking over the phone, they asked for a non-refundable £50 deposit (which is not stated on their website). If you do go through with the consultation, you cannot leave until you pay £249 (which the £50 deposit is contributed to). The entire consultation fee is wavered if you do go through with the surgery of your choosing.I went in for a mole removal but was not given the full disclosure choices of mole removal (shaven, incision, frozen or cauterised). I was only given the choices of shaven or incision when going through the consultation with the doctor. Was then passed through to the room next door by a 'colleague' explaining different payments with either shaven or incision to me. Their website states that all mole removal procedures start from £295 but i was quote £1399 in TOTAL!!! That's for consultation AND one mole removal! I am aware cosmetic mole removals are expensive, however, this was for one mole on my body which is covered by clothing majority of the time but wanted the mole removed when wearing bikins etc in the summer. My friend had a mole removed on her face for £599 including consultation fee!I asked how could they justify that price and they just responded with, 'that's how much we charge'! When I said no thank you, they were very quick to let me go lets just say and also take my £249 for a 5-10min consultation. BE WARNED. Please DO as much research as you can and find clinics with better reputation and transparency with not only price but procedures too. Don't be fooled just because it's on Harley Street in London, that you'll get the best service. Not at all.
