I am thoroughly satified with my experience, the treatment and service I received from Doctor Izamov. Doctor Izamov, was calm, courteous very professional in explaining the process surrounding my procedures. I felt that Dr. Izamov and Femi treated me with care, understanding and attention at each stage of my minor surgery.In addition, I would like to offer a special mention for Femi (the practice nurse) and for Yaseen Williams the manager - for their professionalism and politeness. If so required, I would definitely recommend Doctor Izamov and the LDC, to my family and friends.
Small forehead cyst removal:It would be five star if they didn’t hit me with a £2,000 quote after the initial online remark was “from £300”. Felt a bit scammy.I will say however, Yaseen the practice manager was brilliant. He found a way reach a solution and I went through with the procedure in the end. I feel like the clinics pricing system needs to change however I understand that the private sector is the way it is, and prices are competitive. Yaseen - 5 star
