Unfortunately, my suitcase had a liquid poured over it in shipping and I had to refuse delivery. However, London Luggage's support (Emma) was very helpful and got a new one to me within a couple of days. Very much in time for my trip. These things happen but my problem was resolved quickly so can't complain at all. Many Thanks!
