I was in a tight spot after my suit carrier broke on my way for a business trip abroad on a Sunday. Large variety of quality luggage much of which heavily discounted. I was served by Patrick who was an absolute gent and saved my day. Highly recommend.
I visted the store next to Kings Cross Stn - most conveniently located and open on a Sunday. The store has good quality brands of luggage. Patrick was extremely patient and helped me select the best suitcase taking time to understand my requirements. He was informative and no pressure at all making the shopping experience extremely pleasant and ofcourse I walked out with a good deal as well. He even suggested getting my VAT back and so saved me some.
