Delighted with my new case!

It was so easy to order my goods on London luggage web site. Picked the goods that I wanted, colour, size, name and address, payed for it and it was all done in less than 5 minutes. And you get a free embossed name tag with your suitcase.

Product Didn't Suit Me, But Service Was Impressive

I purchased a Victorinox Altmont laptop backpack from this company, but unfortunately, it wasn’t quite to my liking. That said, the return process was smooth and communication was clear and prompt. I do wish they offered free returns, but I was impressed that my refund was processed within an hour of them receiving the item — much faster than I expected. Overall, a positive experience despite the product not working out.
