I'm impressed by the efficiency of this company and in particular with Emma at the customer service who has been very helpful. I contacted the company after receiving a luggage I had ordered as I realised I had ordered the wrong size. They immediately confirmed I could send it back and they organised the return for me. As soon as they received the luggage back I received a message from Paypal telling me the refund was on its way! This is quite amazing as often in this type of situation you may sometimes have to wait for a certain period of time before getting your money back. So a huge thank you to them. No doubt I will order again from this company!
