I received excellent after sales service. I had requested initials to be printed on the leather slimline wallet which I’d ordered but this wasn’t possible because of the patterned leather I had chosen. I was contacted immediately by a very helpful member of staff to check if I wanted to proceed with the order. I was delighted with the product and received my wallet very quickly.
Really good service, easy to order, delivery faster than expected, well packed.The suitcase I ordered is beautiful as well as being strong and sturdy. I’ve searched for an aluminium case for a while. This one looks lovely and feels strong, and was a fraction of the price of some other makes.
