We ordered a beautiful weekend bag for my daughter and were happily surprised when London Luggage offered to put her initials on the leather tag and gift some travel accessories. Everything arrived very quickly and was perfectly wrapped. I will definitely use this website again. We had an early Xmas and my daughter was so happy !
Good range and quality, ordering experience wasn't ideal as certain parts of the website (customisation) was crashed. Ordered just after the cut off for next day (circa 20 mins) because I had to speak to customer service to sort the customisation. And then the delivery missed the trip I needed it for. Minor error, frustrating result. But price and deal was excellent so 4 stars, I would order again
