Review Time
We don’t normally bother with reviews but we recently purchased a new Samsonite C-Lite suitcase on line from London Luggage.After the case being delivered we managed to lock the case while attempting to set the combination lock and couldn’t open it again !! At this point , we thought we should contact the supplier and spoke to Emma who after hearing our story decided to send us a new replacement suit case free of charge and as we had thrown the box away the original case had come in , would we put our locked case in the replacement’s box and return it the day after and they would get it collected sort it out . In fact , about 2 hours after organising the replacement we managed to open the original case and so contacted Emma immediately, thanked her for her kindness but told her it wouldn’t now be necessary.On thinking about the excellent service we were offered in this day and age we felt obliged to write this review.Well done London Luggage and in particular well done Emma , You are a credit to your company.
