Seamless return process

I initially bought a set of suitcases that once delivered, they were not suitable for me. I spoke with customer care and they walked me through how to return the items. Less than 48 hours later, I got my FULL refund and then proceeded on to buy the right set of suitcases. Excellent service experience!

Expensive Return

The Tranverz Upright Cabin Bag we ordered did not suit our needs - the front pocket was very hard to access. We found the return procedure a little bit tortuous and expensive.
