To date I have experienced only the online ordering side of Lookfantastic. I found this to be one of the best sites to use. It is clear, concise and easy to use with no tricky ads or irrelevant content. Will be happy to use it again.
I have ordered from this company several times and never have had any issues. However I placed an order during the Black Friday sales, one haircare product arrived and the top of the bottle was damaged and ended up leaking over the rest of my order. When I sent the team a message WITH photos showing the damaged bottle, they maintained that they contacted the courier and it was delivered in line with standards. Just to outline the box in which it arrived was not damaged so the product must have been damaged before packing. But in the response I received Look Fantastic said they would be CLOSING my account and that I am BLOCKED from any further orders, they also said I would not receive a refund or replacement, which is hugely disappointing and horrific customer service. I have disputed this, but have been left waiting on a response.
