I ordered three beauty products in the Black Friday sale. I went to cancel my order a few hours later and when I hit cancel it brings me to an instruction to cancel individually. It is not possible to do this. I’m going around in circles trying to get a refund for €135.90 to no avail and no one in chat nor answers emails. Csn someone please assist me??
