Deducted money from my account for an order that was cancelled and re ordered over 2wks ago.Second order processed and took funds,they then took it upon themselves to deduct further funds (2wks later,for the first order) and send the order that was cancelled.Not a single care in the world given when I contacted their customer service.
If I could put negative stars I would! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER, I’m so frustrated and angry with how they’ve treated me. I ordered a subscription box for November along with an Advent Calendar (that one did get here) and they definitely charged me for it but they never sent it to me and when I tried to cancel the subscription I got an email saying that since I had cancelled 48 hours prior to my next charging period (which is complete bs) they would charge me for 1 more month. THE WEBSITE IS A COMPLETE SCAM , it always says chat unavailable even though they show it as an option to contact them and if you want to send them a message there’s only a few things you can do because you have to select from subcategories for your issue and they don’t list the most important ones. When they reply you just get a generic message saying “we’ll look into it” and that you’ll get a reply within 3-5 days which is not true. They closed every single case interaction (trust me, I tried several times) and marked it as complete without ever doing anything or even replying to me. I work in customer service and this is NOT how you handle cases. The products on the website look great and the offers are decent but it appears to me that there’s really no one in charge there. I really hope you consider other options before trying to buy anything from them , specially the subscription box.
