Website was good but my order came with a free gift which I do not want. There was no option to remove this from my basket while I completed the order. Its very generous but it would be good to give the option to remove free gifts from customers. I have no use for it and appears wastefull. Also at the time of checkout I was confused to what the item was and I restarted my order again to make sure I haddnt accidently added an item. An option to remove or accept a free gift would be great and avoid confusion and frustrations.Kind Regards
Great products and website overall but a huge frustration is the hello fresh free gift which seems impossible to delete and though there is a delete option it just buffers constantly and doesn’t delete. For that reason I dropped a star.
