Incredibly poor experience and I will never be ordering from This company again. 3 items were added to my order that shouldn’t have been. I attempted to contact them as soon as I noticed and they advised they could not cancel any parts of my order and were most unhelpful and non-apologetic when over €40 of items were added to my order. It was such a long and painful process to finally get a straight answer and I will never be ordering from this company again
I like ordering from here but there are improvements that could be made.For instance the Pp is expensive and also they need to look after their regular customers more with better discounts m. Sometimes I shop in other shops because of this
Their misleading discounts are incredibly frustrating. They have a foundation listed as being in the 40% offer and when you select it, it turns out there are only two shades on offer. The foundation is included in the 40% offer, it clearly states it has 39% off and has underneath every shade that there is 39% off. Nowhere does it have it listed that only two shades are discounted. Nothing is ever straightforward when it comes to their discounts and it comes across as really sneaky and unprofessional. I have clear screenshots of the offers and issues and they have made no attempt to fix it on the website. They are now knowingly lying to and misleading customers.
I had a great experience with them. I only used them once, for one item, but the price was amazing and the delivery was quick enough and I had no particular issues with out of stocks or delivery etc.I think my delivery was delayed by like 3 days, but they kept me updated on it, which is all one can ask for.I guess I'm lucky, because I have heard mixed reviews of them from other people.
